Synergy Fitness is equipped with state of the art equipment, in a beautiful, clean environment with owners that care more than simply the profit that walks in their doors. The owners and their staff care about their clients getting more than just a good workout. Synergy Fitness focuses on the health and well being that exercise is only a part of. Their personalized attention, the activities designed, their website... all contribute to a "whole person approach", which combined with the beautiful environment creates the best opportunity for success in health and fitness. Synergy is a fitness facility unprecedented in it's concept, design and services. It's clean, spacious, comfortable and innovative in it's environmentally-grounded "green" approach. The carpets are made of anti-microbial materials, the industrial design is all environmentally sound and it is staffed by personal trainers and fitness professionals with creative ideas and concepts that suit the needs of their customers. The equipment is state-of-the-art and is easy to use and there is a full juice and smoothie bar to enjoy either pre or post workout. With the faux fireplace, cozy couches, sauna and all of the other amenities offered at Synergy, you feel as though you are in an upscale health club however; memberships are very reasonably priced. If you're looking to revamp your body or refocus your wellness for the new year, Synergy Fitness is my recommendation.
